Do you ever find yourself planning multiple blog posts and/or YouTube videos at the same time? The more I get into blogging and creating video content, I was finding that working on multiple projects at once can be a little confusing if you aren’t keeping track of what you’ve done already.
I decided to create a simple printable to help me keep track of where I am in the process of blog posts and YouTube videos. I’ve been using it for a month now and it has made a huge difference in staying on track and organized.
Since this printable has greatly helped in my planning system, I wanted to help out all of the other bloggers and YouTubers out in the world who were looking for something similar. And guess what?!

The blog post checklist contains columns for: blog post title, draft, edit, photos, add links, tags/categories, feature photo, affiliate links, footer links, and schedule or post.
The YouTube checklist contains columns for: video title, film, edit, voiceover, thumbnail, description box, add links, affiliate links, upload, and schedule or post.
